High Perfomance Premium Tile Adhesive for All Kind of Floor Tiles.

JoyoFix 6002 [Type-2]

Cement-based adhesive with mixed binders with excellent Work Ability and endowed with high flexibility, high adhesion, with reduced Slip and extended open time, for the placement of interior and exterior pavements and interior coatings. Especially recommended for the installation of all types of ceramics on plasterboard partitions and suitable for gypsum or anhydrite substrates.

Coverage Estimates

Pack Size : 20 Kg.

2 Coverage : Approximately 4.5 to 5 m2 /20kg @ 3mm thickness when using a thin trowel.

Storage And Shelf Life

When stored in a cool dry place, in the original unopened container protected from frost, a shelf life of approximately 12 months is expected.

Applications

Applying tile on tile wall and floor,
Applying vitrified tiles on wall internally.

( 600 x 600mm,  600 x 1200mm,  800 x 800mm,  800 x 1200mm )
 up to10 feet, Applying window & door granites.

Mixing

Take approx.200-300 ml of clean water for 1 Kg of Tile Adhesive.

Stir continuously for 3-5 min to obtain a homogeneous paste.

The tiles should be immersed in water for two hours before fixing.

Applicable for ceramic tiles only.

Minimum-Maximum adhesive thickness 3-12 mm.
