To be applied on all types of exterior Walls; concreate or plastered surface, terraces, parapet and balconies.

The surface to be applied should be clean and sound, free form any kind of contamination, dirt, tar/bitumen coating etc.
The elasto meric When coating forms films Which can bridge cracks up to 1-2 mm.
Coating has excellent adhesion to masonry & Concrete surfaces.
The coating can be applied directly without any dilution and very ealisy can be applied by either brushing or rolling.
The elastomeric fiber reinforced coating has excellent mechanical properties. The toughness helps to Withstand the driving rain.
The coating has good anti-algal as well as antifugal property.

Oil and grease must be removed using digressing solvents.
Any damaged surface must be repaired by using crack fillers or polymer modified repair mortar like advanced Latex etc.
Thoroughly Wire brush the surface and clean the dust by air compressor or by Water jetting.
All cracks at parapets, corner joints and roof surfaces should be taken car of minutely. All types of plumbing leakages must be repaired.
In case of horizontal applications appropriate sloping must be created, if not already available.
